Corn, Tomatoes, Watermelon

Here we are...driving to the Rockville Ward 30+ annual Corn, Tomato & Watermelon Bust. Oh boy it was delicious and fun. And so many people from the ward showed up! I loved it!

YUM
My buddy, Cedric. He came to me with a piece of bark asking what it was. I told him it used to be on the tree, but it fell off. He spent a little while being concerned about the tree and trying to stick it back on. :) hehe.
Yahoo! Madeleine and Natalie are back!!

My best friend.

Cedric and his mom, Jill. They are moving away this week, and I'm so sad to see them go. Happy to have met them though.

YESSSSSSS!!!!!
Cedric started shaking and going ballistic for the chocolate. Funniest thing, hehe.
Playing frisbee with the boys

Great day. Then I had to go to work, blast. THEN we saw Scott Pilgram vs. the World! I love that movie. It is how I see the world.

Friday the 13th and Best delicious hummus recipe

Thursday the 12th was the spooiker day in the Smith home. We woke up at 7:30am to a super crazy awesome loud thunder/lightening/rain storm and the power went out immediately...blast it all.

Collin and I both went to work. Then his building caught on fire and he went home. My building had no lights in the cutting room so everyone went home but me, who stayed to do inventory in the dark..rain storm outside. Very freaky Thursday.

But here was us, with friends, watching Adventures in Babysitting, on Friday the 13th!! (power came back on)

This is a very delicious Hummus recipe thanks to Bryan Taylor.

My littlest best friend is growing up

My Joseph started MIDDLE SCHOOL this week! I can't believe it. Not too long ago, (well just shy of 12 years ago), I was a Freshman at Desert Vista High School. During lunch I went to the pay phone and called my Dad for the news. "Your little brother, Joseph Alan Money, was born today."

We've been best friends ever since. Even though he now looks like this, and is very much a soon-to-be teenager, in my mind he is still this:

Preschool Graduation

And here's my Elder David Money, currently on a mission in the DR.

Don't judge me; it's the early 2000s. Just look at cute Joe.

I miss my brothers.
