Avocado Tomato Salsa!

INGREDIENTS

  • a couple of large tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • tiny bit of jalapeno, minced (take out the seeds so not too spicy. This is better on the sweeter lime side.
  • 2-3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • a little freshly ground pepper
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Pinch of cayenne

PREPARATION

  1. Combine tomato, onion, jalapeno, lime juice to taste, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in avocado and cilantro. Add cayenne.
